Have had nothing but pain and swelling to be told to just keep waiting. My entire jaw joint and muscles now are so sore now. The dentist reeks of cigarettes which isn't great when he is in your face.

I will be forever grateful for the dental work completed by Dr Kamal and his team! The clinic is so welcoming and caring, I couldn’t have chosen a better place for major dental work. Dr kamal and his team are fantastic, the reception staff are warm and welcoming both on the phone and in person, his care and clear passion to help with your dental needs are second to none and he will not waste your time and won't try and dig deep into your pockets. The support and care shown by the entire team was second to none. Following an horrific experience at a Dentist on the Gold Coast, I swore I would never go to the Dentist again. One day I had no choice. I was petrified! I made an appointment at Accolade Dental and there was a team of people full of patience and care. I required major dental work to be done and this was explained to me thoroughly and compassionately at every appointment thereafter. My experience was life changing. I am no longer petrified and my teeth look terrific.  A heartfelt thank you to Dr Kamal, his assistant Flynn and the whole team at Accolade Dental. I would highly recommend them to everybody.

Accolade Dental Seaford Heights. I have been coming here for many years seeing Kamal as my Dentist. He is always comforting, knowledgable and highly professional. I love the location, plenty of onsite off street parking and it is across the road from Aldi if you ever need to grab anything. The administration and dental assistants are always friendly, welcoming, and focused on their work. They go above and beyond to help you. I highly recommend them as your Dentist.

At Accolade Dental Adelaide, we pride ourselves on our service to the community. We provide exceptional care and dental treatment to you.

We are a small business who does this by putting in place effective systems and use of our time. A missed appointment means that we are unable to offer our quality service to someone who needs it. For this reason, we have put the following policies in place:

Confirmation of Appointments:

⁃ We send texts and call you to confirm your upcoming appointment. If you are unable to attend, please reply to our messages.
⁃ You are also able to email us at info@accoladedental.com.au to inform us of changes.
⁃ Please confirm your appointment to keep it.
⁃ We reserve the right to offer your appointment time to someone else if you do not confirm.

Deposit for New Patients:

⁃ All new patients will be required to pay a $31 deposit when booking their appointment.
⁃ This will be credited to your account and will go towards your consultation and treatment on the day.
⁃ Failure to attend your appointment will result in loss of the deposit.
⁃ If you don’t reschedule your appointment within 24 hours, you may lose your deposit.

Deposit for Dental Treatment:

⁃ Some dental treatments are booked for a longer time. Cancellation of these spots with short notice leaves us with scheduling issues.
⁃ A percentage of the treatment cost will be taken as a deposit prior to booking.
⁃ Your dentist will inform you if the deposit applies to you.
⁃ This will be credited to your account and will go towards your treatment.
⁃ Failure to attend your appointment will result in loss of the deposit.
⁃ If you reschedule your appointment within 24 hours, you may lose your deposit.

Of course, we understand that situations may arise where you are unable to attend your dental appointment and these are taken into account on a case by case basis.
